Alabama Vacation

We spent a week and a half in Alabama after we got back from the LSU game. We stayed with my MIL, and J likes to help around the house. He helped with the gardening...

the lawn mowing...

and the cooking (biscuits and gravy).

My MIL also took us to Cathedral Caverns. I had never heard of it before, but it was really cool.

We went to my mom's house a few times and played with Grandma, Auntie Caroline, and J's new cousin. J likes his cousin, except when I'm holding him. He did like to help Auntie Caroline feed the baby his bottle. The baby...didn't like it as much when J helped.

He was pretty good on the drive back. He was fussy for a while, so I gave him rice crispy treats, and he fell asleep eating them. 

He loves talking on the phone. He was talking to his Auntie Lauren here. It helped keep him occupied in the car for a little bit.
